Rubber flexible slurry hoses are used for sections of slurry hose systems containing bends, differences in levels and unevenness. The flexible rubber hose can be easily adjusted to different lengths, or, to a certain degree, bent to requirements. The rubber hoses require support in the form of a support beam along the whole installation.

We can produce heavy-wall hose and high-flexibility tubes up to 50 feet in length, with custom-engineered diameters to match existing process pipe I.D.’s or O.D.’s up to 42 inches.

Aluminum couplings are placed between the hose lengths, which give fully tight joints when combined with the steel tube reinforced rubber seals. The flexible rubber seals help compensate for the unevenness in the joints, while also protecting the couplings from direct contact with the slurry. The same type of couplings and seals are used for both rubber flexible slurry hoses and rubber lined
